I went in there on Thursday June 26th of 2020 looking for a specific juice. I usually go to the vape shop in Mequon since I lived there before and they have trusted products. I decided to go to this vape shop near me and buy the brand of juice that I have vaping on for around 2 years now. The color of the juice looked a little suspicious but I didn't think much of it till I tried it. The juice was impossible to vape and even made me not sleep from the nausea it gave me. The juice is clearish Brown and usually the juice is yellow. Now im not one to usually post anything negative especially about a local vape shop, but I went in there today June 29th to try and exchange the juice I bought since it was clearly expired and not taken care of. When I went in they told me that they would not be able to do any exchanges, now I understand if someone is trying to change the flavor because they didn't like the way it tastes; But I personally was just looking to get the same juice because my juice was expired and they clearly didn't care they sold me a product that could not be used. I was very dissapointed in the shop and the way they handled that situation. Probably will never go back to the shop unless they somehow are willing to exhange my juice for one that isn't expired. Friendly and helpful service. I started rolling my own cigs a year ago. The owner was very knowledgeable in getting me the correct toabbaco and filters to match what brand I had smoked. Okay, took a few tries but he was very helpful. Some more notice on holiday hours would be great! Edit 10/1/2017. Holiday hours are now posted. I purchase menthol filtered tubes. I've had issues with in-stor hot rod super menthol tubes not having much menthol flavor. Online purchase of the same brand 5-7 cartons I've had no issue with flavor loss. Was there today told the lady I needed a vape pen device for concentrates she sold me one for juices I immediately returned and she refused to take it back or make it right this is the definition of fraud. She could have said I'm not sure you need to look it up on your phone But specifically said anything on the bottom 2 rows. I will be reporting to the credit card company And I won't be giving them any more of my money.
