Liberty Square Furniture — Local services in Portage

Let me start with I hate to leave negative reviews, but felt this one was necessary. We special ordered a dining table and chairs from Liberty Square and were given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for delivery. After 10 weeks, I called to check on the order, no one could help me so I left a message, no return call. A week later I left another message, no return call. The 3rd time I was finally able to speak to someone who had no answers at all for me. Same with the 4th phone call. All they could tell me was that my furniture was in the "finish" shop but did not know what the timeline might be. Finally I was able to receive my delivery a full 13+ weeks after it was ordered. I realize it was not their fault, but my issue is that there were no phone calls to explain the delay, no follow up phone calls, and absolutely NO apologies. They are great at sales, but sadly lacking in customer service. I needed to buy a house full of furniture, but sadly took my business elsewhere as I did not want a repeat of this. I do love my dining table and it is a beautiful piece. It definitely would have been worth waiting on if I had a better "customer" experience and more outreach...
