Porterville Fair — Local services in Porterville

Good place for the fair, but HORRIBLE place to have a party. So much regulations and rules that were not told to us untill the day of the party. We couldn't have the volume too loud and were required to stay within the sound meter. Couldn't set up for the party the day before until specific hours. Couldn't put the Cooling system on untill later on in the day and couldn't be above medium. Hot as heck. Worst part, couldn't turn off the lights for the dance floor. Had to skip the slideshow and the light show because it's a liability to turn the lights off. Wouldn't recommend venue for any...

I been living here for about a decade or so and each year the fair is getting better. This years Porterville fair 2021 was a blast.

One thing I wish they could’ve done better is to bring the old rides back like the fireball ride. As well as the crazy train and the zipper ride. But mostly the fireball ride. The manager poster the ride list on Facebook and it said that the fire ball ride was coming this year but I did not so that was unfortunate. But at least we still got to go to the fair. Can’t wait for next years...

Insanely expensive. Most of the ride attendants were very rude. They would completely ignore any questions and brush you off. We waited in line for an hour for 1 ride for our children to be told after their tickets were scanned that they could not ride then when mu daughter was asking the guy what is going on he was extremely rude and wouldn't even answer her and just pointed for her to leave the ride. We had to go request a refund of those tickets because they didn't do it right then. It was a horrible experience all...
