Visited with my wife & adult children. The distillery has a wide variety of brandies & liquors & a limited selection of whiskies. The distiller told us that what is available at any given time can vary widely based on what fruits may be in season. Today, there were sweet spirits, & those with a less sweet taste, like grappa.
One of the distillers conducted the tasting. He was knowledgeable & articulate in explaining his process & giving direction about what each of us might like based on individual tastes, as well as suggesting the best order in which to taste or selections.

They somehow manage to maintain both variety and quality in an amazing way, especially for being such a wee place.
