Tendue — Attraction in Portland

Tendue was beautiful and the perfect place for our minimony. The pictures do not do it justice! We had to postpone our original large destination wedding in New Orleans due to COVID but still wanted to do a small ceremony in town with just family. Tendue allowed us to make the space our own without having vendor restrictions, we were able to bring in all our homemade deserts and cake, which is hard to find in PDX! We rented Tendue for the evening and were a little worried about lighting but it was just as beautiful at night with the romantic lighting of the chandeliers and candles. The space was the perfect size and had all the amenities like ample drinkware and dishware. The team worked with us on the ceremony to reception flip as well. We definitely got a second dream wedding with this venue!

This is such a beautiful space! I’ve done two photo shoots and will be hosting a holiday party for our doula collective there next week. The folks at Tendue are amazing, helpful, and prompt communicators. And they’re generous, too! They were so kind to donate two hours of studio time to two families facing challenging circumstances this holiday season so I could make some meaningful photographs for them somewhere beautiful. We were all so grateful.

The space is beautiful and artfully (minimally) decorated, the natural light is amazing, photos done here always look gorgeous, it’s set up with tables and chairs and all you could need to host parties with food, and instructions for everything are super clear, and they always have someone on hand to help troubleshoot anything that might come up (Tristan is great!). Such a great space to have in the Portland area!! ✨💛 We hosted my daughters baby shower here this last weekend.. beautiful. Photos from every angle had a beautiful backdrop.. you didn’t ever have to worry about where to stand to take photos. The venue has many pretty vases, dishes and serving platters, a bar cart, beverage containers, and so on, available at the venue for your use! They had the main dining table arranged the way we asked when we booked. Booking was easy, and the price was totally right! Emily called the day before our reservation date to confirm and to let us know how we will enter Tendue. Ken met us there the day of and went over all the details.
