My server Samantha was the greatest! Very bubbly, sweet, woman. I have only ever Uber'd my food from there. The whole team was most definitely a solid, powerhouse crew. When I pulled up, I wasn't sure how it all worked. To not look silly, I decided to eat inside. I'm currently on crutches, getting out and getting my jacket on for the heavy rain, dropped my phone and of course it went under the car. Samantha, seeing my struggles, took over the whole situation like a pro. She helped me sit back down in my driver's seat, put my crutches back in, all with rain hammering down , mind you,. She gets under my car, retrieves my phone for me. She sees I'm in pain and worn out, so she helps me ambulate my legs back into my car driver's seat. None of this is part of her job. Just decency and extreme Customer Service both turned up to 11. Then shows me the closest stall, tells me not to move, she'd take care of my order. Sure enough order placed, check in confirmed, and not 5 minutes later here comes this sweet, 5 foot tall, little dynamite, can't see her. I hear her say she's coming and I see a pair of super small pink sneakers bouncing on the ground and BOOM! The tray was here at my window! I'm a 6'2, 200lbs sticky man, and this girl was helping carry me to my car, getting my phone and crutches situated. Then puts ME in my car. All of this, with no mangers order or hesitation. Then, she was all smiles and courteous. And when my transaction was done, I thanked her. Very Humble, polite, and bubbly. But will pick up a gorilla and toss him in his car while getting his belongings back for him. The facility deserves credit for "vetting" an exceptional employee, and a BEAUTIFUL human being,, But Samantha deserves recognition of how fine tuned for both Customer Service and Emergency Care. Read moreWent through during what they call HAPPY HOUR, between 2-4 while all Slushy drinks are half price. We ordered 8 small drinks for my grand babies and none of my grand babies would drink them. I mean none of them and my grand babies ages were 4,6,two 7 year olds, 10 year old, 12 year old and a 16 year old. NONE of them would drink these drinks. Said they tasted like water. I called to speak to a manager and told her what happened, she informed me that the slushy machine was broken and that she was aware that the drinks were like water, but without a receipt there was nothing she could do. I informed her that I wasn’t given a receipt and didn’t think to ask for one and that it wasn’t my fault that the receipt wasn’t given to me. The manager went on to say once again that there was nothing she could do without a receipt. I even told her what time we were there and she could pull the receipts up on the register for that time and find our drinks but she refused to even try to help us. If this were only one drink we were talking about, no biggie, but this was 8 drinks. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT IF YOU ASK ME. ESPECIALLY IF THEY WANT RETURNING CUSTOMERS! ONE VERY DISAPPOINTED ...
Read moreMy rare one star review. I'm still in shock and awe at how bad this experience was. First visit to a Sonic. Not the last visit, but certainly the last at this location. Speed of service was good enough. Got in my parking spot and mobile order was brought out to me in 5-10 minutes. The first problem was that no straws, spoons or napkins were in the bag when I had both a drink and a shake. I constantly am flabbergasted that these simple things are forgotten at any fast food place. Anyways, had to go up to the window to get them. Annoyance. Second problem is that this was some absolutely horrendous food. Impressively horrendous, fam. Nothing was up to temp and nothing was beyond lukewarm. The burgers were extremely bland and I now know what people are talking about when they describe food as "rubbery". The burger buns.... unbelievably rubbery. Almost like they had been sitting for days. So that's it. Won't be back, would never recommend it to anyone ever. Note to the owner: Don't bother with the follow-up comment to this review asking me to follow a link. I won't be doing it. Just learn from these multiple negative reviews and better strive to run a quality food establishment....
