I hadn't been in awhile but I had a PS4 I was wanting to sell and have sold here before and been treated very well. Not the case on this visit. I brought a PS4 Pro and 5 games in to sell. So after going through the process I get told that GameStop is having some big sale and selling PS4s for a Penny! I said "DO WHAT"! The reason I frequented this Store was I was told the Owner is a former GameStop Employee and didn't like how they did things and wanted a Store that didn't treat people like that. I guess that mindset has TOTALLY CHANGED! I can't ever remember selling anything here and they base it off of GS. I've seen them use other sites before. So, I got offered $140 for everything. I didn't take the offer and decided to head down to GS. So they offered way more. They even signed me up for their Club (that I've been in before) which added $50 to the total (spent $15, got $50 back). The girl at GS has no idea what sale Old Skool was talking about cause they are selling USED PS4s for $399! I walked out of GS with almost $250. I called Old Skool just to let them know what they were talking about was BS. The girl said the Owner was in the other day and that's what he offered for one. I bought a copy of LA Noire from the Old Skool location in Suffolk that recently closed during their final weekend. I finally got around to playing it and the game continually froze during the tutorial section. When I attempted to clean the disc I noticed there were a ton of scratches on the disc.

I live out in Virginia Beach and called this location to let them know that the disc is not working and requested a potential replacement. I told them that I didn't have the receipt, but I did provide my phone number so the transaction should be documented. I was told by the associate that their return policy is only 7 days after said purchase and without a receipt they couldn't do anything.

I explained to said associate that the disc was completely scratched up and asked if they inspect their disc's before they put them on the sales floor. He said that some games slip through the cracks. He said the only thing he would be willing to do is offer me 10% off a new copy on my next visit.

I will never be going back. They do not inspect their games, they have a disc buffer in the back and he didnt offer to clean said disc. So I essentially paid $9 for a frisbee. I can no longer...

Straight up bait and switch and then tried to sell me a used Xbox s for $380 when brand new its $299. I called in asked if they have it he said yes, do you want me to hold it i said yes please do and thank you I drove 45 min get there then he tried to sell me a use over priced system. I legitimately want to buy the console and a extra remote and a memory card for it plus a few games would have spent over $500 but you want to try and run a con. Do not recommend.

I did not go to buy a Xbox one x. I went to purchase the Xbox series S. I spoke you your seller and verified that infact he had Xbox series S what he did not mention was it was used he led me to believe it was a NEW CONSOLE that console is $299 NEW the Xbox series X is $499 NEW.
