I go here once every few weeks or at least once a month and I can say without a doubt they have never gotten my order correct. Be it being charged for items that they neglect to give me(mix ins/flavors/correct size of items) or just straight up giving me other people's orders. Also every 3 out of 5 times I go here their icecream machine is down. The staff can be very short to down right rude at times as well. I went here a few days ago and waited in line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes (at the front of the line) to just be told "hold on a minute", People behind me started leaving. I waited for another 5 and drove around to a order kiosk and got told that they only are doing drive thru or pre-orders via the sonic app. I told them that I waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru. I was met with "oh, ok" and no response. I eventually ordered via the sonic app and the order was confirmed but took another 20 minutes to come out. I spent almost an hour waiting on this place and when I got home the things I prepaid for weren't in my or my girlfriends shakes or food. I paid 4 dollars for various upcharges/add ons and got 1 of them(50 cents). This is not the first time this has happened. I could probably order a full meal with the money for items I paid for and didn't recieve. Hands down worst sonic I've ever been too. Giving a full star back for the one male night shift employee who routinely tries to make up for his coworkers attitudes or getting orders wrong, he needs...

The whole idea of Sonic growing up was to go there and park in the parking spots , order from your car , someone comes up on roller blades or skates , eat in your car and have a good ole time . Even the kids could walk there and eat at the tables .... Old school was fun .... This place ??? heck no . Service was horrible , ALL of the lanes were closed , when we went it was EMPTY no one was there . We parked and attempted to order and was told that it was drive through only . The drive through system was broken or the person wasnt paying attention . They either didnt want to listen or could not hear us . It took for ever for our order to come out with ZERO people in front of us . Then our order was wrong on top of everything . While we were there a couple kids walked up and attempted to order from the tables out front and were IGNORED ...... Not trying to be a " Karen " , "Ken" or " Kevin " but this place was horrible and we will not be back . Cant even blame it on Covid or being short staffed . There was literally no other customers there until the kids walked up and no one was wearing mask , which doesnt matter . Just attempting to learn why this place is being ran into the ground . The owner needs to up his / her game cause this Sonic sucks . Sorry for being rude but dang the truth needed...
   Read moreUpdate: 4/10/2023 This is the worst Sonics we ever went to, won't be going back to this one anytime soon, if ever, after ordering thru the app, it wouldn't let me check in so I stepped inside the door (no eat-in @this location) but b4 I could say anything I was told to get out, you can't be in here, I told the girl anyway why I had came inside, her/hisresponse was go to the stall & I'll check you in when I get a chance, after going back to the stall the app had already checked me in, but they didn't seem to know inside, anyway we waited about 20 mins b4 our food came, employees very, very rude @this location. Even after going online to complain, after several automated responses I was offered a drink for free, my reply was a drink? You'll be lucky if we ever go to Sonics again, no reply since? Wait was very long with drive-thru only, no signs telling you anything, not telling you drive-thru only, even when it looks like everything's open, not even how to pay at the drive-thru, just wait & wonder if someone is going to come out with your food & take your money, not even a food pick-up window for the drive-thru,...
