Totally positive experience. The whole staff were friendly and helpful. Rin was the best & nicest & competent associate, This was my first visit to Portsmouth Ace as we recently relocated to Portsmouth. I will be returning for my needs soon. Lived in Palm Beach Gardens until I retired CPA practice. I've been to Ace many times in FL. The Portsmouth Ace was by far the best. Everyone was friendly & helpful. I, at one point, had a theory that good service was just dead. It was over…. A thing of the past. This store proves that theory wrong every time I go in.

The people who work here are super easy to talk to. They are eager to listen and actually help you. I mean physically go to an aisle and help.
