The North End Pizzeria — Restaurant in Portsmouth

First time ordering from these guys, very pleased! Just had them deliver to Tiverton (yes, there is a small radius that they will deliver to in Tiverton! Very exciting!) and food arrived ahead of their predicted time, still hot!

We had half BBQ Chix half Spinach Pizza, onion rings (still hot and crunchy), cheesy garlic bread (the size of a small pizza) and Caesar salad. The pizza is by far the best in this area, far exceeding anything else I've had- really excellent. Everything else was very good, the salad was fresh, with crunchy lettuce and flavorful dressing. Not inexpensive, but you're paying for quality and large portions.

The other major stand out was the delivery guy (the receipt says "Neil," wish I had confirmed his name) who, upon seeing I was on crutches, offered to step in and put all the food down on my kitchen table so I didn't have to juggle it. :) Best service and food I've had delivered in a long time! I ordered real chicken calzone and waited 30 minutes for my whole order get home and it was breaded which I got sick and had allergies to it..I will never go back.. Updates,, it was told to the cashier that I was allergic to breaded chicken and they said they had the real chicken waited 30 mins to get the first order then had to come back and wait about the same if you tell them like I did with witnesses listen then it should of been done right the first time... instead I got sick on the first bit thinking it was the right chicken please don't make excuses for your worker's face the issue they messed up not me people need to listen to the customer more and not...

When I lived in Portsmouth 11 years ago food was way better. Ordered a chourico grinder tonight on way home and got there the driver took off with my order, then waited for some kid to make another one, when he handed it to me I already knew, I says I asked for a large he says it is. I get home over the bridge!!! and look..barely any food in it and burnt grill pieces.. was gross!.at that almost $9 okk. If an adult was there supervising.. all these kids that work there now..probably would’ve been made the right way. .Everytime it’s a chance.It Use to be the best, not no more . Uh .. waste of...
