
We showed up ready to enjoy a round of golf, but ended up leaving without playing due to the unbelievably poor treatment we received. The man at the pro shop was rude, dismissive, and clearly not suited for customer-facing work. He acted like we were a burden just for asking a simple question about a ride-along—something we've never had an issue with at any other course, and we golf every weekend.
To make matters worse, they told us the only way we could have a ride-along was if we paid for four full players. That might have been mildly laughable if it wasn’t so insulting—especially since I’m nine months pregnant and obviously not playing. That policy makes no sense and feels like nothing more than a cash grab.
