The Club at Prairie Falls — Restaurant in Post Falls

Recently I booked a simulator online which wouldn't let me book for more than 1 hour. When I called to just inquire about how it worked and if my under 18 kids were welcome it took 4 phone calls to even reach a real person, who then acted irritated that I called the restaurant. I informed them that all other lines were going to a voicemail so they got me. When we got to the facility 15 mins early nobody to sort of help us with the lay of the land. After 10 minutes of standing in the lobby area with our clubs I found the check in. I was then taken to the simulator area at exactly 3pm and a young man tried to help me select a game that would work for younger kids, however he had no clue. The games he suggested didn't work, and he was sort of like you figure it out. After 15 minutes we got it going. After another 15 minutes a waitress brought us waters and asked if we had ordered yet. We didn't have menus or could get anyone attention to help now 30 mins in. The simulators weren't designed very well either and there isn't enough room for clubs unless everyone is right handed. The hitting mat Tee was also broken and another 15 minutes I found someone to help but at this point we only had 15 mins left until our 1 hour was up. Still no food and now the group waiting for our simulator is standing waiting on us. Like we were. I guess I expected more but maybe it will take a few years for them to figure out how to run this place. All the staff just seemed overwhelmed and irritated by any...

December 2023 I suggest you wait until they finish construction. The room is decorated in mid-century warehouse complete with partially functional Wi-Fi, crumbling raw concrete ceilings, exposed fire suppression pipes, non-functional lighting (only half the poorly placed lights even work), unfinished walls, no safe … If you are here for the meeting space, you can enjoy a beautiful view of a garage blocking the cemetery, while the rooms look out on nearby homes. If you are here to golf, you will probably be pleased, but find a cheap motel. The hotel rooms are definitely not worth the prices. (I would at least expect room service and a free drink, because you'll need it.) Staff were very friendly and helpful within their authority. Lots of dining and drinking opportunities with several establishments in the same building. UPDATE: Tried making coffee in the dark (the pot is nowhere near a water source and far away from any working lights). I'm not sure, but I think I got most of the water in the coffee maker, If you need ice, call room service. There are no ice machines near the rooms. They use Roku for TV service. A great idea, except that the Wi-Fi is so bad, nothing is watchable. Was there for a business event catered by the facility. The "Italian" food was almost as good as what is in my freezer, but their restaurant on the main level had great...

Used to be our favorite place in town. Went a few times recently and quality has dropped. A notable most recent trip, service at the restaurant was very poor, having to flag down servers only to get cold food and missing items. We would have still stayed for 2nd drinks but couldn't keep waiting around so finally left after too long.

The final straw to leaving a review is their concerts (not just a 1 time thing... They happen every week of the summer from June to October) and their clear disregard for the community based on responses to these reviews. Yes, I'm sure you've got all the proper permits and are within city noise ordinance but there's also common sense and respect... Especially when your establishment is smack in the middle of a residential area. I can't imagine who at that concert is enjoying themselves. I live almost 2 miles away and my house was shaking tonight from the bass... Putting my toddler to sleep, in his room, doors and windows closed with sound machine on and I could still hear the bass. That kind of disruption to your community is not something I personally would define as respectful, considerate, or tasteful.

Hopefully there can be some reflection for next summer to be a bit more considerate and turn down the volume. You can still have a great evening of music without causing...
