Me and my boyfriend have been coming to this location every sunday for about a month or two and get the same matcha lattes. and this time it was 2 girls we had never seen before and they took 15 minutes on two matches that they started while we were still ordering our food. half way through waiting they ask us if we want water or milk. which has never been asked before because it’s a latte? and then she asks me for my flavors again when they are usually written on the cup. i see her dump out my drink and laugh with the other girl and hand out the other one. the entirety of the bottom was matcha powder and every sip was like sand. and then i get mine out and the entire cup has power all over the inside and again ton of powder on the bottom.
