Pixie’s Consignment Boutique — Local services in Poteau

Had been dying to go into this store for months. Finally had a free day. So me my mother and my 7 year old granddaughter decided to run to Poteau to this shop. The shop is nice clean and as up to date on the latest trends as a resale shop can be, if your female. I was impressed with the store itself. They really did not have much for my granddaughter tho size 6 but she founds some things. We had loaded up with a few name brand bags tops and shoes. Then the little one asked for the restroom, I was like oh great just from the demeanor of this guy I know he’s going to say nope sorry we don’t have a public restroom, even tho I see customers that are actually buying as guest ) people to be appreciated for spending their money and keeping the lights on, but I asked anyways and sure enough he said no bathroom. But I can walk two blocks down with a little girl bout to pop in the August 98 degree heat. Ok so we did and the public restroom he was talking about was closed. I ended up not buying a thing since I feel we were guest and not just people running in to use their restroom. He didn’t seem to concerned about loosing my sell. We did finally find a store right next door that allowed again a 7 year old to go potty and I spent my money in there. There is no law saying you have to supply your customers with facilities or even descent people skills. But this guy …oh boy. He’s mr personality of the year for sure. Meaning he has none. I believe I’d find help with some people skills and maybe a little empathy and don’t force a 7 year old child to walk the streets looking...

I went thrifting with my mom while visiting from California and the styles were pretty good compared to other places here but the man was very rude and kept giving my mom and I dirty looks. They had a few name brand designer bags I was going to buy but I turned around and I caught him rolling his eyes at me. I wanted to buy a few more things than I ended up buying but decided against it as I felt rushed and didn’t want to support a business who treats their customers like trash. He also holds his dog the whole time and stares like he’s annoyed you are taking so long. I would recommend skipping if you don’t want your outing ruined by his bad vibes.
