1 star because it wont let me put zero! Lady is rude, times are slow even when the bay is empty. I usually take my vehicles to Valvoline or Pursh in Pleasanton but they weren't doing inspections today. NEVER have they EVER driven my vehicles to do the inspection. I asked if she's driving it and something happens, will the shop cover damages? She refused to answer and said with an ugly attitude that "it's required by the state. I don't know where you go that doesnt!!!" I simply said valvoline and pursh and she rolled her eyes. I let them carry on with the inspection. I will be using them every year for inspections if I can and they'll be the first company I'll call if we need...

Now take it to another mechanic because we can't trust your work ethics and actually correct the problem. Shady and low to say the least!...
