I don't leave bad reviews, but maybe I can save someone some $. Just picked up my car and the bill was $200 more than what they quoted me. (which was $450 for a starter) They said it was because they replaced a bolt, and the cost of the extra labor. $200 for a bolt????? This is the 3rd time we have used them, and each time the bill was much more than what they quoted. They always have an excuse as to why. Then as I was signing my recipe 2 ladies came out almost frantically telling me that my car has a terrible vibration and do I want them to look at it? Um...NO thank you! It didn't have a vibration when I took it in and it didn't have one when I drove it away. Saw my friend as I was leaving, and she said they quoted her daughter $300 for her repair, and when she went to get it, the bill was $1200. I will never use them again. Guess I'm back to mechanic shopping. Do good, honest mechanics really exist, or are they just...

Had them replace my ac system in my 2004 f150 with what they called the complete kit. The truck made it 2 days before it started blowing hot air. Took it back 2 more times to have them attempt to fix it. Replaced several parts twice claimed to have flushed the system twice. It made it 2 days after the third attempt. Took it to the ford house and they had it fixed with in a day and working perfect ever sense. Ramos tire also did a brake job on that same truck while in their shop. They said I needed new pads and to have the rotors turned. I have now driven less than 500 miles Sence then and the truck is back in the shop getting new front rotors calipers and pads. Take your vehicles there at your own risk, I’ve now paid someone else to fix everything they have attempted to fix...

When my Toyota Solara all of a sudden needed two back tires from a unexpected blowout, I had to make an emergency pit stop at Ramos Tire Shop. Keep in mind with no cash and no credit Mr. Louie Ramos gave me the opportunity to establish a credit line and I thank him for that.
