La Mesa Resturant — Restaurant in Poteet

So this place was good at first great size plates food was actually to die for.

Then as it went on place went down hill service sucks real bad, ladies dont know how to smile and everyday you go to this place it's a guessing game if your going to get a good looking plate or a shity one

And to calling this place la mesa as to respect to last meal sorry but I would rather die first and skip this place horrible service unwelcome employees and down right inconsistent portion meals.

*Misleading reviews Really wanted to like this place with all the great reviews it has. Must be locals and the regulars posting. Waitresses are young girls who are super slow, drinks came out right before the food, the food was room temperature....not one plate, ALL of it. Prices are high for such low quality and bad service. But, of course we were polite, paid our bill, and spent more money at the restaurant we stopped at on the way home. Don't waste your time just because you were in the area like we were and did. Drive the extra miles to get yourself...

The worst experience ever.. Sitting and taking over 45 min for our food.. Just to get it cold and hard.. The enchiladas were so dry.. It was disgusting.. And the rice way too salty.. I told the owner when she came very intimidating to bring some sauce for the dried out plate that the rice was awful.. Her reply was she made them yesterday.. Hu.! And she didn't realize it.. So I told her so your feeding me yesterday's made food.. She looked stunned.. Bad experience ..ugh,,never...
