Albin's Honda — Local services in Potterville

I had a five day ride to Escanaba and back planed for late July..... Had an unusual steering problem and took my bike into Gary at Albin's. Gary indicated that he was backed up but would make every effort to have me on the road in time for the trip. He managed to locate the problem, make the needed repairs and even stayed late on a Saturday to complete it. When I went to pick up the bike he mentioned a problem with the headlight but didn't have time to check it thoroughly before I left. He gave me a used bulb to take with me in case there was a problem. The repair was fairly priced, the bike rode like it was new, and Gary checked all the incidentals before my trip. I simply couldn't have asked for a better service experience. I would also mention the I didn't buy my bike from Albin's and this was simply them taking care of a customer.... I definitly will be looking to Albin's for all future service work and future purchases.................. Thanks Gary...

Great family owned business and very helpful and friendly … came in to buy a Honda rebel and asked if there was any chance they could put all the fluids in the motorcycle so I can take it home right after buying it to enjoy the nice weather with it … Nicole said the mechanics were very busy but will try to make it happen asap.. ASAP it was we did the paperwork and I was riding it home in less than 2 hours EDIT: I tried to install passenger pegs and thought I striped a bolt and came in and Dave fixed it free of charge because it wasn't actually stripped but i just didn't know what I was doing lol gotta love a...

Took my bike to albins thinking they would do me right. Took them 2 months to get my bike back to me and $1350. They fixed some tranny problems (slip in second) and I asked them to go over the whole bike, upon driving my bike I found my spark plugs fouling out some and causing problems so they never changed them... I mean come on $1350 and y'all can't check and change my spark plugs? I will never use albins again and this is the third bike I have brought to them. Very disappointed. Also just so y'all know they charged me over $20 for a USED...
