I wish I could give positive feedback, however; this was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I did not receive a great or good first impression. When I first got there, there were two people ahead of me. The salon owner was washing one ladies head, and had the young lady just sitting while she washed another client's hair which I thought was incredibly fast in a bad way. Once she finished with her she just said are you getting a trim, and waved for me to come over. I'm not sure if the owner was having a bad day, but she was definitely giving off negative energy. I was informed the day before that my hair would be washed, but that did not happen. I arrived with wet hair, and the owner started toughing at my hair with a brush full of someone else's hair. Then she proceed to blow dry the wet hair I arrived with. I informed her that I did not have any heat protectant in my hair, and that made the energy worst once she left and came back from going to store. She started blow drying my hair and it wasn't fully dry nor was it straight enough to trim. She showed me how much of my hair needed to be cut, and I asked her to cut that portion off. However, once she started cutting there was no real skills behind her trim. It was just cut, cut, cut. When I looked in the mirror my hair was above shoulder length, when I arrived with very long hair. When I got home to my horror I realized my hair was completely uneven. I washed my hair and put two strands twist in but my "trim" is so bad, I'm going to have to get more hair cut off just to fix it. My son's graduation is tomorrow, and I'm going to look a hot mess. I'm so disappointed! I am not a licensed comostologist but I take care of my hair very well, and for her to destroy my hair this way is appalling. I WILL NEVER...
Read moreVery professional place to be serviced at. I haven’t been to many places where you get the service you paid for plus extra just out of courtesy for the customer. Very respectable place, & a very calm environment to be for the duration of your service. Will be back more n more times after this!////
After years of great service…. Every time for the last 2 years I went, I wanted Sasha to do my hair! Set up the appt everytime with her!
They tell me come in, I come in, and I’m always to sometimes, waiting in the chair for hours. There’s a lot of people there because they want their money… so they tell you to come anyways.
My biggest issue is, Sasha will have an attitude or whatever she go through, and just sends her clients to her mom or pops…
I had specific appt with her, this happened numerous times in a row, and she just looked at me and keeps it moving…. and next thing you know I’m getting my hair done with her mom who is just as great with her work so I don’t mind…. Won’t be visiting again unfortunately…. The love was real then it faded quick. Thankyou tho!
Her pops n moms is def lovable...
Read moreI came in there a few weeks ago to get hair extensions. My appointment was for 11:00 a.m. I was left sitting for sometimes 15 to 20 minutes at a time. My hair was washed and left soaking wet while I sat and the shampoo bowl. She told me I needed to have my hair dyed and I agreed for her to do so. Long story short she left me sit there was soaking wet hair a soaking with shirt my pants and my underwear were wet. She kept walking away from me for long periods of time while the other girls stood at their stations and did their work until they were finished their customers. I was told that the hair extensions were included in the price. I was then taken down the street from the salon and paid $250 for the hair extensions which is the price I was quoted for the whole process. By the time I left there my bill was $650 and I didn't get out of there till 5:00 at night. I will never go to this place again. And I really feel that I was treated poorly because I look different. And by the way she got hair dye all over the back of my shirt. I saw no other customer being treated like I...
