I have been to this location numerous times, with and without an appointment. I have never waited more than five minutes to be called back. The phlebotomist I had today was Nicole. She was professional and responsive to my questions. I am a very difficult “stick” however Nicole inserted the needle and drew my blood seamlessly. No issues whatsoever. As have all the phlebotomists I’ve dealt with at this location. The employees might not be “ chatty Cathy’s” but they are certainly not rude. Let me set the scene. I walk up with my husband. A woman is standing outside the building in scrubs, with her mask down, and she is smoking. We ask if there are any walk ins, she tells me an appointment cancelled and to go on in. Okay, great. I walk up to the kiosk, I'm not sure how to use it. She is shouting at me, from the door, with her mask down. She is yelling at me what buttons to press. I don't think my misunderstanding of her verbal commands warranted a reaction like this at all. This is only getting a 4 star review because of the phlebotomist Michelle. She was all by herself on Saturday. I was a walk in and she managed to get me taken care of very quickly despite all of the clients that came in. She was also amazi g at how well she draws blood. One of the fastest and most accurate i have seen and im a nurse. Also i tried to review on myquest after creating an account but it is not very user friendly.
