Burger King — Restaurant in Pottsville

Slowest , dirtiest burger King I was ever in, Ordered food for breakfast, from the special needs woman who couldn't understand what I said 5 time's, she had no idea how to take my order or run the register, she gave me more change back then what was due and I had to give it back to her and explain that she gave me to much , which she also didn't understand, she seemed to be either not trained or just was that slow , I have no idea. what i ordered of course they ran out of and refused to make because and I quote " took to long to prepare" as the fat slobbering guy said when I laughed , I then had to order something else , which took over 40 minutes to get . While I was waiting I went to The bathroom which was a mess pee on the floor toilet paper and what appeared to be a used condom on the seat was afraid to use it, when I came out of the bathroom all the tables looked like they were cleaned with a greasy filthy rag , booth seats were ripped and had remnants of food laying in the rips , with dropped food and trash under the table. I can't speak for anyone else who was there but I for one won't be ordering food at this burger...

We came inside at 8:20 pm with a large order totaling $90 for multiple people to go. The entire team was fantastic. Mercedes took our order and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience ordering so many items and asking for special instructions. The whole team worked quickly and efficiently to make our food. We never checked our order when we left and I told her I didn’t need a receipt. When we got back to our friends and realized we were missing two items I called and Cody answered. He was very kind and professional on the phone. When I said I wasn’t far away and would come back to grab our items he offered to make them fresh and they did when I got there, which wasn’t necessary but was greatly appreciated. They were all very friendly and again never made me feel like it wasn’t an inconvenience. We don’t do quick food like this often. My husband and I stopped in about 9:00am Jan 23. We decided to sit in and eat since I had to take my morning medication. Yes, the temps were in the single digits that day. But, we never had to sit and eat with my coats and hats on. Our food got cold quick. The building was very cold. That building must need some major updates. Maybe get rid of the big windows in front and close it off with regular windows. There were two other customers in eating, they too were eating with their coats and hats on. The hottest thing we had was my husband’s coffee. As far as service, my husband was never asked if he wanted creamer for his coffee. There none put in the bag. He had to go up twice.
