I am moving ASAP! My downstairs neighbor harasses and lies about me to the office. She kept reporting me because I was bringing my own stuff up from my friends car THAT BELONGED TO ME!!!!!! Saying I was moving girls in 😂😂. Also creepy old men photograph you at the pool. Also they tried fining me for “moving someone in” when my friend came to visit and bring my stuff from storage in NC so I can move to Vegas next month! My friend Sarah is here to help my move which I explained weeks ago and my friend Zoe is leaving in two days. If you’re below 55 don’t move here! It’s against you lease to make Tik toks happily outside and to laugh and be happy! Also I wake up at 9am and I’m in bed at 10:30pm I don’t drink or party and I’m still being harassed during my whole stay here. Older people in Tennessee are fighting happiness so hard and I highly recommend moving closer to the college where people behave accordingly and don’t harass you for existing quietly. Makes me not want exist peacefully anymore because you lose by simply existing at the place! I have to now get lawyers involved to avoid this getting worse! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Contacted them and she did not address my concerns lawyers are involved contrary to what Brittany thinks gaslighting isn’t addressing an issue! I was also told because they own the property they don’t have to follow the written lease or posted rules they will add non existent rules that infringe on your first amendment rights. Don’t move here and if you live here and have issues call a lawyer chances are they mad them up and aren’t legal! You can leave with a down payment for a new house at least! Not to mention I asked to move units so the women would stop harrassing me and was told no because she would just harass the new tenants not to mention they allow her to illegally park two cars in resident parking on...

Think twice about living here if you want to be able to host out of town guests.

This past week I’ve been visiting my mom from Florida and parked my car in the visitors section. I guess there is a limit on how long you are allowed to visit residents of this community because last night I received notification that my car has been parked in the visitors section for too long and to call them at my earliest convenience. This morning when I woke up, my car had been booted. (I guess my earliest convenience wasn’t good enough.)

When we called to let them know that we hadn’t had time to call them before they booted us, they suggested that next time we park our car across the busy road at the church across the street (this isn’t their property, so are they suggesting I illegally park there?). We tried to explain that I am 5 months pregnant and don’t feel comfortable walking across the street, but they didn’t care. Besides, I’m a visitor, shouldn’t I be allowed in visitors parking?

Apparently they care very much about their visitors parking section, but very little about much else, considering their community gate has been broken, and therefore left open, for nearly a year.

Guess I’ll be shelling out $75 to get my car unbooted and looking for a new complex for my mom so I can visit her for more than 5 days without getting in trouble from her apartment...

UPDATE: I'm still in this community and love it even more! On top of the staff being wonderful, the sense of community is bar none. In all my years of renting, I've never had anything like it. Everyone is welcoming, says hello as they pass, hangs out at the pool together and the dog park on evenings is a big meeting spot. The staff puts on special events and even has food trucks coming a few times a month! Again, the sense of community is amazing!! I've never had issues with noise or a problem that maintenance didn't immediately fix. Oh and it's just a short drive or uber downtown which I love! Far enough away but close enough its still convenient! I will continue to recommend Vintage!
