The worst experience I have had at an auto parts store. The knowledge was severely lacking or they pretended to not know to get us to leave. My only hope is the the young guy (Lucas, maybe?) was new and that is why he was not listening. There was one other person working and was brushing off any help that was needed from the fellow employee.
As much as I hate to say it, seriously, make the drive to Farmington. We had to take the battery to another store to make sure it matched because they refused to come outside and check for us as we needed reassurance due to their indecisiveness on which battery fit the model car.

He even gave me the tools to use and advised me how to do my repair in the parking lot. The woman had no idea what type of fluid, or how many quarts I needed, even though she had a computer right in front of her she was no help at all. Very frustrating.
