BEWARE we were having problems with our boost mobile cell service not being able to call out or receive calls we have always bought our phones from this store so we went to find out what the problem was and the gal told us that we needed to buy a new phone because the new phones ping off of a new tower well guess what we had the same problem with the new phone so we went back the next day and she told us that we needed to enter a code into the phone and that would change the tower so we did still bad service so we went back she said to give it a few days because they were switching towers. We finally got tired of the bad service after 7 days of playing around with this and switched to Verizon and asked this store for a refund on the new phone we just bought and was told they would not take it back. This is a new owner in the last month and I guess this is the way he wants to do business. I guess he wont last long he lost all of my families business...
