X Hale — Local services in Prescott Valley

FACT: YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE HERE ON VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING THEY SELL!

!X-Hale is right around the corner from where I live in Prescott Valley. Over the four years we’ve lived here I’ve been to the store a couple dozen times for various sundry smoke shop items and Kratom. It had been at least a year since I had visited the store and did so two weeks ago to pickup a disposable CBD vape pen by Vapen as well as some Red Thai Kratom by Matrix.

I don’t normally concern myself with prices, but my total surprised me by how high it was, so I went online to check the prices I paid against what they go for from their respective manufacturers online. I was shocked to find that X-Hale was charging double on everything I purchased! The Vapen CBD pen I bought for $30 goes for $14.95 online and the Kratom was double priced as well. One can assume they are gouging their customers by 100% online all the products they are selling. This is gross and greedy.

So if you don’t mind paying double for everything you purchase there, it’s a great place to throw your money away, as they have a nice selection, but if you want to be smart, buy everything online. Oh, and they’ve done away with their Medical Marijuana License discount. Bottom line is there is no logical reason to pay so much more at...

My girlfriend bought me a glass banger $25 and I couldn’t wait to light it up when she got home. I put a torch to it and could see instantly there was a hairline crack. Nervous for the glass to explode I stopped and she brought it to them the next day. They saw no crack and told her there was nothing they could do. I put the torch to it for about two seconds the following evening and it cracked even bigger. She brought it to them today to show them the crack (after I went there yesterday and spent another $25 to get a replacement) and they told her tough luck. I heard her husband has a shop in Prescott so I’m gonna be looking to go there now and think you should go anywhere but here!

Update... after about ten uses, the second one cracked as well. Lol. I ordered one off of amazon that says it’s real quartz and heat tested and it was half the price (well a quarter of the price considering we bought two!). I’ll let you know...

Beautiful shop but those prices are something else, there almost triple of everyone else's prices for the exact same thing! example need a banger piece and it was about 8:45 pm ours broke and Xhail was the only shop open, long story Short I ended up paying $20+ tax for a simple banger! Exact same brand size everything but at my regular shop they're only $6.00!?🤔 Everything in there is sadly way over priced 😔 and when it comes to there bong's and pipes there not really knowledgeable about there own products either 😕 so I don't understand why the huge mark-up?
