Plaza Bonita Prescott Valley — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

My brother went like 2 months ago to get food for 10 people and front people told him that he needs to call and order like schedule to go order my brother ask please he just had a surprise family over and he just wanted like mixed chimis burritos or whatever just to feed 10 people and they said no anyways very rude and wired .

Also yesterday Saturday 05/06/23 I took my family it was like 7:00pm not too late we where 9 people we walk in and we were standing there for sometime with hostess or servers in front of us and they where talking to ea other totally ignoring us I feel very ignored but well I was ok then they finally ask how many we where and we told them 9 but actitud and service is horrible my sister and brother-in-law where very sad for been ignored and decided not to have dinner there very disappointed of the Cervice I told the personal we where going somewhere else. Please and parking was very empty not busy we were very sadly ignored and I feel like owner should change the hostess servers or whatever this people at front door are . Or at least give them some train . We been costumers for more than 10 years and it was very sad seen this place like that now having many more places to try I don’t think we returning Owner please do something to fix that before you loose more...

We we visiting the area from Texas. I like to think I know good TexMex food. We have plenty of choices where we are from, so that makes me picky. I would recommend this restaurant to any of my Texas friends . Great food. 👍 GREAT SERVICE. My wife and I had dinner at Plaza Bonita in Prescott Valley, Arizona, on a Thursday night, and it was a fantastic experience. We tried the super nachos, street tacos, and queso birria tacos, and all of them were absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and authentic, truly tasting like genuine Mexican cuisine.

We also had the flan for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Everything was so well-prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

Our server, Sarah, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back to Plaza Bonita for more great food and...
