Hemsley Ranch Gardens — Local services in Preston

On Monday, 6/27, I called Edwards Floral in Preston, Idaho to order a dish garden that was shown on their website for $79.99. The person I spoke to indicated that they were out of dish gardens, but could make an $80.00 arrangement of living plants in a basket with some silk flowers for accent. (She was shocked that I wanted to spend that much, and said it would be "huge".) Maybe she thought that because I was ordering from a distance I wouldn't see the small, pathetic basket of plants that was sent to the funeral home. I was so disappointed when I saw it.Whomever took my order should be ashamed of herself. She also told me Edwards was the only florist in Preston. I now know this is not true, and will be sure to use an alternate source...

Ordered $100 flower arrangement on the phone for pickup. It was small and looked worse then the $25 flower arrangements at Costco. Extremely disappointing. I’d recommend going inside and making sure you are getting your moneys worth. Otherwise these guys will rip you off. I was told this place was bought by a new owner - maybe that explains the low value. I used to really like this place. But I will not be getting...
