Overall the dealership seems great and the service department is awesome. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my experience with the sales rep Jerry. I drove in from pretty far out of town. I drove there with a friend, so I could drive back my new vehicle and my friend could drive my vehicle back. When I arrived; and throughout my several hour experience there, Jerry never once said hi to my friend or really acknowledged much that he existed. This was quite embarrassing. Furthermore I had driven a fun cool car up there. I mentioned that I was selling the car. Jerry said that if he could take it for a test drive he could probably line me up with a buyer. He jumped in my car and tore out of the dealership with it like a bat out of hell. When he came back he handed the keys to the finance rep; who I was meeting with, and never said a word about my car or lining up a buyer. He just took my car for a joy ride. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of one, is jerry did work me on getting the right deal I was looking for and the service center took care of me in getting a repair done (even though Jerry first mentioned they could just disable the feature on the vehicle rather than fix it; which I thought was crazy) on the vehicle I purchased and they got the vehicle delivered to me. We have never had an easier or quicker car buying experience anywhere else and we were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH PRICES, they have the best prices around!!!

Our salesman was Shawn and he was honest and upfront about every detail during the buying process and did not pressure us on buying a car the same day as test driving. He wanted us to be 100% satisfied with our future purchase before making any decisions and wanted us to feel comfortable with getting in a car that fit our needs. The second car we test drove was the one we bought and we couldn’t believe how quick West Motor started the signing process after we made the decision to buy. We went to lunch and came back to the car fully detailed and washed. Then Shawn walked us through our new car showing us the cool details and technology our car came with making sure we left there with enough knowledge to start us off.

We left their dealership that day with a new car and satisfied 110% and West Motor now has new future returning customers, we can’t wait for our next car purchase so we can do it with them. You will not regret buying from them, used or new, you will leave there satisfied. It defenitley was worth the drive up to Preston and passing up other local Ford dealerships. I purchased a used R- title vehicle from this dealership site unseen and as is from over 2000 miles away. The car runs great and is in excellent shape as described and Steve offered to meet the driver of the transport truck in his free time if the driver were to arrive after hours. Although the pictures of the car looked great, there was some rust that had developed underneath the new paint where some of the repairs to the vehicle were made(the repairs were done by another garage prior to the previous owner trading it in). The paint had begun to bubble from underneath and was not immediately noticeable in picture or at a glance from a few feet away. When the car arrived I was washing/waxing it and noticed the damage that was developing from underneath and had begun to crack with much of the cracking concealed by the gas access door. To make a long story shorter, I contacted West Motor and the owner, manager, and salesman were very quick to respond and apologize and sent a check to help with the repairs even though it was an as is sale and they could have easily disregarded my concerns when I am 2000+ miles away. They seemed very genuinely concerned and I really feel that this is a place that can be trusted and my experience made me feel like I was dealing with a high...
