Burger King — Restaurant in Preston

Went there tonight 11/9/24 thru the drive thru my husband started to order a Texas whopper in a combo meal, boy asked us to hold on cause the system froze. When he was finally ready to take our order again he tried adding it to the person before us order. My husband told them that he didn’t order the one thing on there and the boy argued with him then finally fixed it. I ordered the mortichas kooky milk shake. We pulled up to the window and paid for our food. The food got done before the milk shake and then they didn’t even make it right. They only filled it half full mixed it then added something else to it and didn’t mix it after putting cookie in it. We told him all he needs to do is mix it up again and he told us that’s how it’s supposed to be and we told him we got one two weekends in a row from this same location and that they looked like the one in the picture. We asked for the manager and the manager on duty was even rude to us so my husband said I want a refund and the manager was rude about that and argued with us about how the shake was supposed to look. Literally every time I've ordered in the past 6 months they have messed up my food I call and complain they keep telling me they will fix it every time I come in they refuse to fix it and then when you call they refuse to answer the phone or give you a refund for the food they did not fix even though you provide the food and the receipt showing that they charged you a ton of money for everything that they didn't even put in the bag at 1 point I received a Burger when I ordered 6 and they refuse to refund my money or make the other burgers. I'm over this place. needs to be shut down. Also they offer you meal deals where you can get small fries and so on and then they tell you they don't have small fry containers so you are required to purchase a medium or large and then when you do so they tell you do not qualify for the meal deal. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau someone needs to do something about this place and they also NEVER NEVER NEVER have half the items...

This place is the worst place to eat at in Preston. We waited 35 minutes before I had to go up and ask what was wrong. They said they would have our food out soon. So I gave them another five minutes before I went back up and asked where our food was. They talked amoungst themselves and they dispersed trying to make our food that we had already waited 40 minutes to get. So almost an hour later we got our food. Wouldn’t have been a problem if everyone before and after us hadn’t got their food before us. And the manager lady decided it would be okay to carry two arms full of buns right on her personal visibly dirty clothing and serve them. I have worked in the fast food industry and none of this would have ever been allowed. Also to add they had 3 customers walk out because they took so long to get the food out.
