I purchased a used Polaris Razor from them in February 2018, it was a 2016 low miles for a good price. Got it home and decided to upgrade the front A arm suspension. Took it to a friend of mine and before I got it off the trailer he noticed the brake rotors were worn and then noticed the brake pads on all four tires were shot. When he drove it he noticed it jerked when starting out so when he checked the clutch he noticed it was cracked which meant a new clutch kit. The winch that they said worked but the switch need fixed, did NOT work which meant new winch. I was also told that they had just serviced this machine, my mechanic serviced it and said there was barely enough oil to register on the dip stick. During a ride a few weeks ago on a nice June day with my wife and two grand daughters it just quit on me after the engine made a horrific sound just prior to stalling. I had to walk 4 miles to get the truck and trailer while my wife and grand daughters sat with the razor in the hot sun. I have put 100 miles on this machine and spent almost 3K on repairs which is going to be more now that it has been determined it needs a top end rebuild. Thanks MDI for screwing me over. I no I have no recourse but hopefully I can save someone else the agony of buying a POS vehicle from you. Update: They now have a red RZR 1000 on their lot with over 2,000 miles stay away...
Read moreI've heard people say, "I wish I could leave more than 5 stars", before and I usually think to myself, "settle down". But here I am saying I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. They were better than great with us and they made sure we were completely happy with our purchase. Not only will we do business with them again, I recommend everybody I know from Logan to Idaho Falls to check them out. Unfortunately I'm a bit of an introvert, so that's only about 6 people, but maybe this review might reach some people as well.
And I've read a few of the 1 star reviews here and I think, that does not line up with the service we got and the guys we talked with. Just talk with them. Don't assume they're the stereotypical used car salesman or crooked mechanic. They are not. They're good, small town guys, trying to make a business in their home town, and still hold their head high at...
Read moreI was hoping to put this review down because I felt impressed to do so. However Google won't let me. What happened is I came in and asked for a CV axle replacement. He did a good job replacing the CV axle, but did not notice the cracked frame which was right below where the CV axle was placed. It had fallen off of our trailer as we were getting it over there. I expect that is where the crack came from. I am disappointed that he didn't see it, but am really disappointed in his choice to not work with me in regards to a store credit or some sort of refund when I pointed it out to him. He didn't want to deal with it. If you choose to go to him and something doesn't go quite as expected, don't expect him to work with you, that has been...
