Don't try to use your Ace Rewards at this location. You will encounter a very difficult process if you try. I tried to use a reward certificate that I printed off, only to be told by the cashier that they had never seen those rewards before. I was told that it was just an online offer and could not be used in-store. That same reward had the name of the store printed on the page of the certificate. She didn't even try to scan the barcode to see if it would work. Later, I tried to use a rewards coupon that I got thru the mail. I was told on the phone that any rewards with a different store location would not be accepted. I tried it at this store, and it worked! Very misleading!

If you want to use your rewards, then make your order online and select ship to this store. Rewards are much easier to use, and pickup was an easy process. It took almost a full week for my items to arrive.

Gnats are a major problem at the checkout area. You will be swarmed while you wait. A different cashier had to stop taking orders, just to help a vendor pull in a pallet of merchandise inside the store. This made the line ever longer, and the gnat issue even worse.
