Bentley Tech Repair — Local services in Prestonsburg

Shop is never open when it is listed to be. I've had to sit and wait for over an hour for owner to get there. Parts are ordered and promised on specific days but arrive many days later but no price adjusted to reflect inconvenience. I ordered a screen for my business phone on Thursday June 13, 2024. I was told it would be in first of the next week, Monday, no later than Tuesday but I would get a call as soon as it arrived and could bring my phone in to be repaired. Today is Thursday June 20, 2024 & I have not been called. I depend on my phone for my job and had I known it was going to turn out like this, I would have taken it to a more professional and reputable business and now this man has had $220 of my boyfriend's money to use as he's wanted for the past week but my phone is still broken and no word on when it will be fixed. I ran into jordan online and found out that he does tech repair. I decided to take a chance and ship my Xbox controller to him from down here in Texas. My left stick did not work he replaced both of them and added some nice grips. Super professional and timely.I had my controller mailed there repaired and mailed back in about 8 days. Jordan was super knowledgeable and personable. He took his time to explain what he thought the issue was and the repair that he would make. He definitely does quality work. Jordan Bentley has not only sold my daughter a top notch refurbished phone that she loved at a great price, he went outta his way when he didn’t have to in order for her to get it..and then after she accidental shatters it, he fixed it super fast, helped me with all questions I had, and was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in all that he does!! I definitely recommend him to anyone that needs repairs done to their phones, tablets, game consoles,ect…cause you won’t find a better guy to do the excellent work that he does for the price...
