I recently purchased a Cub Cadet XT2 from Evergreen P/E of which I am very pleased with. After cutting my 1/2 acre, I almost wished I had a bigger yard. Anyhow, the 42 inch model is perfect for my lawn needs. Robert didn't try to sell me anything over and above what I needed, in fact he recommended the model I went with, after I was looking at the next size up. The turn radius, quiet operation (compared to others) and the other features included with the mower make it a joy to operate. Lastly, the folks at Evergreen were very accommodating when I unexpectedly needed to change the delivery date to my house. Everyone was professional, courteous, and kind; from those who picked up the phone, to the gentleman who delivered it to my doorstep, and to Robert, who answered all of my questions politely and thoroughly, giving me absolute confidence in my purchase, and the dealer I purchased it from. I called over there and asked them to help me. They told me that they do not deal or work on side-by-side no more said they also can’t even get the parts so I talk to the man that sold me the Side-by-side he said that he could help me find somebody to fix itGave him my number and he never returned my call so that tells me that they got my money. That’s all they care about.    Read morePoor Customer Service after the sale!!!!!!! Order some Cub-Cadet parts over a week and a half ago. Called back to check on the status of the order,,, Only to get one excuse after another on why they hadn't shipped the part even thou the had already taken my money.. Finally after 5 calls on Tuesday, and yelling at Robert.......and asking to speak to the owner ... For his screw up!!! he finally did what he said he was going to do over a week ago and shipped the part which should have been Next Day Air but again due to lack of,, or ,,, poor training of employees. he sent it ground delivery. This company needs to get it act together. Customer service is the back bone of any business.
