They send the wrong equipment, are a pain to deal with and rude. You have to call them and keep on top of them just to get anything done. My dr sent in an order. Over a week later they finally contact me asking what I need. I tell them. They say they will send it out. Eight days later I call them asking about my equipment. They say they need my copay first. That's fine. They then say they knew they needed it the first of the week. It is now the end of the week. I ask why no one contacted me to let me know. They ignored this question and said all they needed was a copay. I say fine and get ready to pay it asking when I will get my equipment. It will still take five days to receive it. I say you knew the first of the week all you needed was a copay, it is now the end of the week, and it will still take me five more days to receive my equipment? They respond with Yes that's what I am saying. I am done with them. This is medical equipment that impacts my life, ability to work and function. I expect a little more organization and a little better service than you would find at a fast food restaurant. I have been with them for over two years. This is not the first incident but I can tell you it will be my last. I would rather deal with the headache of the insurance company and switching suppliers then contact them or give them...

if i could give this place zero stars i would i have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and rude in my life. my grandmother currently has no power due to the hurricane. they have only provided her with a concentrator and no tanks. She called asking to get tanks so she would have oxygen and they refused to deliver and said they didn’t even know if I could even personally drive there to pick some up. they continue to tell us if it’s bad enough go to the hospital (rudely) or go to a friends house and use the concentrator. keep in mind almost everyone is out of power. & they don’t even know if she has friends or family to go to or even able to travel. Once my grandmother called again the lady told her “we don’t deliver to people like you” and hung up the phone on her. luckily she got in contact with insurance and is switching o2 providers because these people don’t seem to care or even have the decency to just be respectful to their customers. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you like being put down and neglected in...

Choice Medical is reliable.I call them for oxygen refills and supplies and they are here the same day.Nice trust worthy people that delivers.Always pleasant and friendly Lately they are having a oxygen shortage according to the delivery guy.Very inconvenient for two people in a house hold on oxygen.Covid is the reason so it can't be helped.Our delivery man told me about a new system where we could fill our own takes.Praying I get one of the concentrators. It would be so much easier than trying to keep enough E takes for two people.I could finally leave my house for something besides doctor...
