DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT try to get anything from the older white lady that this business has helping them. She would not stop saying she doesn't work here, I don't work here. I'm just help. Over and over and over again she wouldn't stop saying she wasn't an employee. She was there to help. She gave us attitude when she kept giving us the wrong coils. We asked for a specific pack and she couldn't find them. She had trouble remembering what she showed us 2 minutes prior. She was VERY rude and asked a friend why she was stressed out. My friend told her truthfully it was her lack of professionalism that was stressing her out. That's when we got the excuse she wasn't an employee. Friend said she needed to be trained and alllll we got back was NASTY remarks and a horrible attitude. She asked my friend if she wanted to go outside and fight her, then threatening us with the cops. All we wanted was our coils and juice. The owner stepped in and told us not to respond to negativity. Excuse you, but you SHOULD NOT hire or pay people under the table that are untrained and RUDE. She then would NOT stop talking to other customers about me and my friend, talking about looks and that she looked good and we did not. We refuse to come back inside with this woman in there. Until we know she is gone, we will NOT be returning. We have NEVER had an issue with this business in the past. Usually we get exactly what we need, even if we need help. We had to help this woman help us. It wasn't just as simple as us receiving help from a employee, we would've been fine with someone who didn't know what we needed, but this nasty, toxic, rude, woman had no clue at all what she was looking at. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI bought a disposable delta 8 pen. I walked out the door to my car and tried to charge it. It wouldn't charge. I took it back in and told them and he gave me another one. I tried it in his shop, one hit, and it worked. Went home, didn't think nothing of it. 2 days later I tried it again. This was the second time, it wouldn't work. Wouldn't charge. I drove back there and told them. He gave me another product that i didn't want. I took it home and tried to charge it and it leaked all out the charge port while it charged. Ridiculous. I took it back and told them that i didn't want a replacement that i just wanted to buy 2 other brands that i know worked. That punk with the thug hat on tried to blame me after i explained all the screw ups I've had just from buying one bad product. Tried to argue mith me and explain how to use vapes to me. lol. I was very disappointed with my experience here. I came in there yesterday 11/3/2018 and purchased a new smok Gx350 kit and two containers of oil for $190 and some change. Well when I got home I found out that the vape was broken and would not charge at all. So I went back in wanting to exchange it for a new one, that they had behind the counter, but was told NO! I will have to send it to smok and wait multiple weeks for it to be fixed after owning for only a matter of hours. I would suggest going anywhere else because this guy that works here with his hat on sideways is a thief! He does not give a dam about customer satisfaction. He just wants your money and will do nothing to help...
