S&Y Tech Repair — Local services in Proviso Township

I'd recommend everyone stay away from S&Y Tech Repair They are absolutely horrible. I am not one to leave bad feedback, but they definitely deserve it. We took two phones to have the GLASS ONLY replaced, iPhone 6 and 6 plus. The iPhone 6 screen was broken within a week again and the 6 plus began to show a bright white spot. Reached out, took it back in, the lady , stated she knew exactly what it was and fixed it. 2 wks later, white spot is back a bit higher and affecting my camera.reached out again and now was told it was my LCD, which they obviously damaged since the only issue with my phone was A BROKEN GLASS, refused to fix the damage they made and even suggested I had dropped the phone! They went as far as to argue with me, the customer, over this pettiness and state my repair was out of warranty rather than just taking care of their bad work. Just bad business, they broke my device and refused to fix it.. Really, I'd give them no stars but Google forces you to give at least one, THEY DESERVE NO...

Zero stars if I could! Only time I would recommend this place is if it’s to stay away from it. I took my iPad to her to get repaired which screen was crack but it still came on! She changed the screen but now it won’t turn on! I brought it back the next day she claim it was a Apple problem! Took it to Apple with a same day appointment they said it’s the screen that SHE REPLACED IT WITH! I went back to her she claimed it was WATER DAMAGE which was absolutely a lie! Took my iPhone in to get my screen replaced. After getting my screen fixed by them my phone would not reboot. It was on the disable screen for 2 hours. After I was finally able to unlock it I’m unable to make phone calls. I brought it back to have it looked and the young woman told me it was nothing she could do. And to call Apple. Seeing that I just got my screen fixed by them, cancels out my warranty by Apple. I would suggest you go anywhere else to get your phone fixed. I now have a much bigger problem then a cracked screen. I shouldn’t have went with the cheapest place and went with one...
