First of all, they tried to rob me. I asked for a polish sausage. It comes with fries. I asked to upgrade the fries to the large size. The teller agreed. But when he rang up the order, instead of upgrading the fries like we agreed, they guy added an entire order of $3.85 large fries to my order without asking my permission. That's robbery and fraud. I asked for a simple size upgrade, and he said ok. I never asked for an entire additional order of fries.
That leads me to the next issue I have with this place. They have this weird bizarre rule stating that if you order a polish with fries, you can't add a little extra money and upgrade the fries. If you order a polish with fries and ask for an upgrade to the size of the fries to large, they will say ok. But instead of giving you the upgrade they agreed to, they say they have to charge you $3.85 for an additional order of fries that you never asked for. That's weird and bizarre. When I go to subway and ask for double meat, they don't charge me for an additional sandwich without telling me. When I go to MacDonalds and order the Big Mac meal, they upgrade the fries if I want. They don't charge me for a whole addition order of fries without telling me. Everywhere I go, I can upgrade the size of something without being required to purchase an additional order of something. I simply canceled my entire order and went to another restaurant, and the other restaurant did what Lucky Dog refused to do without the aggravation. I've been shopping at restaurants for decades and Lucky Dog is the only restaurant I've ever come across with that bizarre rule where if you want something upgrade from whatever to large, they will say ok then secretly charge you for an entire extra order of said product. That's how much Lucky Dog appreciates their lifelong customers. There would be no Lucky Dogs if not for us. Now that I think about it, they must have been overcharging me on something else too because I tried to order a polish with fries (upgrade fries to large size), side of barbecue sauce and a large Italian ice, half lemon and half strawberry. The price came out to $19 and change. So, how is that $19 and change? I suspect that he was overcharging me for the Italian ice also. Because $19 is a lot of money even with the extra $3.85, I don't see how that little bit of food got up to...
Read moreI’ve always loved Lucky dog, this location specifically. I had a horrible experience today. I ordered my husband’s and my usual, gyro and cheeseburger meals. We pulled to the front for our food to get brought to us. Once we received our food we drove off and the lids from our drinks came off and most of our drinks spilled. We thought no biggie, it happens. When we got home we noticed our lids were actually broken which is why they weren’t sealed right in the 1st place-still no biggie. My husband was eating his cheeseburger and everything was good. I was devouring my gyro and my side of gyro sauce had styrofoam from one of the cups. I called because I was so disappointed and was told that I would be given a credit for a free sauce next time. Which an apology would’ve been better than a free sauce (that I’m not going for bc I’m not going back) I just hope they checked their gyro sauce for any more pieces styrofoam cup because that was...
Read morePlease guys for the l9ve of god, do not get your hotdogs here...for the same price you can go to Portillos which is 9minutes from this location or less..and at Portillos you get a hotdogs for the same price, a hotdog that doesnt taste like they use expired buns from from dollar tree. I don't know if it's the same two brothers that own this lucky dog or if they sold it to a new owner but I remember the buns being soft not stale, the inside being packed with relish, onion, tomatoes and mustard, the hotdogs they gave me was depressing. The ingredients they used were sourced from the dollar tree and all tasted expired. I wouldn't even feed my dog that poor excuse of a hotdog. These guys are trying to save money any way they can, this right here people, is the reason America 🇺🇸 is losing. If you had the patience to read through this review l, whatever you do, do NOT order the hotdog, it would bring you such...
