Nice Townhouse but very cheap built. carpets are already bulging, faucet had to be replaced and few other things in less than three years. What's worse however is that HOA take their sweet time in fixing things in the community. The parking situation is a nightmare to say the least. You'll find people park anywhere from in front of mailboxes and dumpsters to sometimes almost the middle of the street right on the entrance where then cars can barely past by to get to their homes.
