My family and I had the worst experience here. Extremely bad customer service. For starters , the waitress didn’t let my family order appetizers because if we did, we wouldn’t get our food faster and it would be cold. Then when it was time to order, we couldn’t order what we wanted because the lovely waitress told us to order the easy things because it was easier for them to make for everyone. Lastly, out of a big table, very few of us got our food, the owner or the waitress didn’t even bother to apologize for the wait. They didn’t care at all. We waited 2.5 hours for food that never arrived. Also, the very few plates that some of my family got, the food was cold and there was barely any protein on the plate. Food is way overpriced. Also, the cups are plastic and the utensils were not clean. Cups and utensils were sticky. Not the best...
Read moreWe came in 15 people, we all ordered. We were told we would have to wait about 30 min which we get it as we were a big family but we literally waited three hours to have food served out of the 15 only 6 people ate while the rest had no food. Didn’t have much of the full menu and told them about canceling the food but they still didn’t want to cancel and to finish it off 9 people didn’t get food because they decided to serve people that got there after us and they charged for food about 200.. Very bad place I wouldn’t recommend. Very disappointing. I would recommend spending your money on a better place even if they charge high because it is not fair to pay for something that you can’t even eat because food was served cold and looked like if they had thrown a whole handful of...
Read moreThis is the most authentic coastal Ecuadorian food you'll find in Utah. The food here is incredible, and the portions are very large. The chef and servers are all very friendly, and when there's a lull in orders Chef Ibón likes to visit tables to check on her customers and chat. If you've never tried Ecuadorian food, this is the best restaurant to experience it for the first time (and every time after). The servers speak English and will happily explain every dish and make recommendations if you don't speak Spanish or simply aren't familiar with Ecuadorian cuisine. I recommend the lomo saltado (steak and potatoes), arroz marinero (Ecuadorian fried rice and shrimp), ceviche (Ecuadorian shrimp cocktail), and jugo de maracuyá (passion fruit juice) if it's...
