I can't speak for everyone's experience with these guys but mine in the end was fantastic!! I sent my Bose Quiet Comfort 35ll headphones in for repair because the right speaker/driver had gone out. The turn around time was so fast, less than a week, and I live in San Diego. We'll, when I got them back I realized the microphone wasn't working now ,so they had me send them back. In the end they actually went above and beyond and threw in some perks.When I received them they looked and sounded like they just came out of the box. I follow the process as outlined on their website. I was contacted within a couple of hours with information about how to ship my headphones. I did that day and within a day I had receive test results and a quote. I authorized repair and receive the headphones all within a week of starting the process.
