I bought an Ashley sofa and love seat on January 18 2020. I paid cash and was told that Ashley had it in stock and it would take 2 weeks to get it. A few days later the salesman called my husband and said it would be February 5th before we could get it. When I called the week of the 5th to ask about it, the salesman was very rude and kept telling me he called my husband and told him it would be later than the 5th. I called back on February 13th to ask again and the same salesman told me the ship date was February 21st. When I started asking him questions about the delay, he got belligerent and accused me of being "mean" to him. I asked about a refund since the product hadn't shipped and he told me there was no way I could get my money back and that he gave me a very good deal on it. When I asked where it was shipping from, he told me he didn't know!! If i knew who the owners were, I would definitely contact them about his behavior. There is no way I will EVER shop there again. I just hope I finally get my sofa...
