I don’t wanna be this person, I hate doing this, but I have never had an experience like this before. And I don’t think other people should be going and spending money on an experience like this.
I went in early in the morning and I didn’t catch his name, but it was a guy that did my nails. I just wanted a simple full set, short with a plain solid gel color. I was sat immediately and I could tell the second he started laying the acrylic that he was not properly trained on how to do it. Not only did he lay the acrylic very unevenly, he filed my nails for almost thirty minutes trying to fix it and failed. He also spent so much time filing one of my fingers that he literally filed into the side of it, and when I started bleeding, he was smearing the blood in between his fingers and wiping it on his pants due to how much blood there was. I assume it was to keep me from seeing it, he never said sorry. He also threw the file that had my blood on it back in the drawer, he never threw it out, which is HIGHLY unhygienic and dangerous when it comes to filing someone else’s nails.
After all that was over he went to paint my nails, and didn’t put enough color leaving my nails literally SEE THROUGH.
My nails were not only filed unevenly, my fingers were sore and had multiple cuts from the drill as well as a cut into the side of my finger due to him filing so hard by hand. They were also not painted enough.
I went back a couple hours later letting them know I needed them off. There is a lady there that can do nails, she does pretty well, and she ended up fixing them for me. But you should not have somebody with bad practices working in your store, in any case.
I really...
Read more3 strikes and you’re out! A few years back I went, they made 2 fingers and a thumb bleed. In February my sister and I had our nails done in California, so I wanted to keep it going. I went almost 3 weeks ago. I tried telling the man and then the woman that there were bubbles/ particles underneath the acrylic. So they polished a few, little did I know, it was All of the nails! And made both thumbs bleed. To make myself happy I painted glitter polish over them. I go today, he filed my nail where it got hot and I jerked my hand back. Said he had to file off the old. (Why not soak them a bit? ) Not once did I go and wash my hands, and I asked several times. I told him before he put the top coat on that there are bubbles/ particles on my nail. He said No, it’s your nail. Anyways, the nail tech needs to listen to the customer! And just so you know Americans hate it when you start talking in your foreign language. Use English so I know what you’re...
Read moreI wish I wish I wish I could give 0 stars, I got acrylics and they are terrible. Their way to thick, the guy cut all of my fingers and put the powder over my cuticles which ripped them off. One of my fingers started bleeding and the guy didn't care. The girl who painted the only did one coat and forgot the simple gem that I specifically told her multiple times to make sure to put on, she had also expected me to know how to work the light to dry my own hands and got mad when I didn't. I absolutely hated it and the costumer service was terrible andbeing somebody who can't handle a lot mentally it went from a mental break too a mental breakdown. I'm never ever coming back and neither should...
