Owner was short tempered and rude! My friend and I each had a pile of stuff the people at the desk took all the stickers off and added it all together then got mad when we said it was two different shoppers. The owner got nasty when I mentioned one item was half off and argued it wasn’t and I said ok please take it off then she really got pissy. I have been dealing with what I call family to me for almost a year. I’ve not had a better experience being able to put my things there knowing they’re taken care of. They always called to ask questions if there is a question they treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door. They are very heartfelt, loving individuals and I appreciate and love working with each and every one of them. The owner of this business is a loose cannon. SHE lacks professionalism and self control. Accusing, hollering and the police can get involved if she is in a foul mood which is each time my friends and i have encountered her. Steer clear if you are able. She thinks she is the commander of something. The thing she said over & over at the top of her voice was "THIS IS MYYYY STORE!
