I called from Colorado to have a delivery made to someone very close to my heart in Pulaski. Willa took all the info down and made a beautiful and I mean a BEAUTIFUL arrangement, and she definitely understood the assignment!! This company went above and beyond and made a "sneaky" phone call to the receiver to make sure he would be home and the arrangement wouldn't be left outside to be ruined. He received the arrangement and was surprised and loved them as well!! Thank you, Chapman's Flowers and Greenhouses!! You hit the ball out...

Called on 6/28 to order a plant/gift for a friend who lost a parent recently. Lady who began taking my order asked the name of the recipient and when I told her, she stated the funeral was yesterday. I explained that I knew that and my order was not for the funeral. She began talking over me and I told her I understood and would contact another florist. It was an insulting, unprofessional...

I highly recommend this place! I do not live there locally and Stephanie took out time to text me a picture of my purchase before delivering it. 🤗 It is very hard to find a florist that does this to make sure you as a customer is satisfied.
