I brought my Mercedes in to have two rear tires replaced last week. All seemed well at first. However, when removing the rear drivers side tire (I needed to repair something that was not their fault), I noticed that one of my lug studs were missing. Then, on top of that, their "tech" stripped a different lug stud and the hole in the knuckle for it. So what should have only cost me $45 (the cost to get the tires mounted and balanced), it has now cost me almost $1000 because the knuckle is not repairable and has to be replaced. I'm very disappointed that their "tech" couldn't manage to properly reinstall a lug stud. I do not recommend anyone bring their vehicle to this shop, especially if it has expensive parts...

Had a flat today, when trying to break the lug nuts they were so tight I couldnāt get them loose. Called roadside service, and even then using an impact, the guy struggled to get them to break loose. I carried to car and flat tire to them and asked if they torqued the lug nuts. The response was āwe do not use torque wrenchesā.
