Would not recommend. Their prices on power sport vehicles may be better than other places but what you get in return is a company that isn’t completely honest and open with their communication. My brand new 420 rancher started smoking before I was able to pay my first note on it and I brought it in saying that if the motor needs to be worked on I just want a new motor because it’s a new bike. They tried saying it would still be new if they worked on the motor but I told them it would be a worked on motor before it was even a month old, it is going to have issues down the road if that’s the case. They then didn’t call me, I had to call them to find out they had already looked at it and didn’t know why it smoked and that it hadn’t done it with them but they said they can service it for me. I agreed and then I called the next day to see if I could pick it up and they tried charging me $204 for an oil change, new oil filter, blowing my air filter out, and checking my dif fluid… I called back stating I was under the impression this was a complimentary service due to the fact I had to bring it up to be looked at not even a month after I got it. I was then told that it was smoking because of the original oil that came with the bike and that it wasn’t an issue with the bike. This was different than what I was originally told which was they didn’t know. I then asked why I’m paying 200 dollars for something that takes 20 minutes and maybe 70 in materials, maybe. They than caught an attitude with me and got short with me and reduced it to 150, which is still ridiculous. I was upset throughout this entire process and was not effectively communicated to or updated on what was going on. I would not recommend going here at all. Find somewhere else and pay extra for better service and...
Read moreDakota and the sales team here really went above and beyond. So, long story short I acquired a large commercial contract and were drawn to them for their package deal. I’m from New Orleans and the contract is on the north side of the lake. So I drove there, picked out a lawnmower and took it straight to the property to start cutting. In my attempt to be cheap, I got the lowest commercial gravely, the pro turn zx 52. It was a great mower and there was nothing wrong with it. It just wasn’t what I needed to complete this project in a timely or comfortable manner(I’m on the mower for 6-8 hours). So I called Dakota and told him I messed up and undershot what I needed. He got in touch with the gravely rep and the bank(financed the mower) and handled everything for me. Gravely bought the mower back. It was awesome. Definitely made me feel like a valued customer for sure. No one seemed annoyed with me causing an unneeded situation. The new mower is exactly what I needed and is much more comfortable to be on for hours on end. I guess you could say they aren’t pushy at all. I told him what I was cutting and he asked me if I needed something bigger and I said no(stupid me). So basically I though he was being just a regular salesman trying to sell me the more expensive unit in a non pushy way but in reality he was just being a friendly person and making sure I got the right equipment. Sadly, I did not and we had to go through that process. Glad it all worked out in the end. Very thankful that Dakota and the sales team were willing to fix a problem that was MY fault and not theirs. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will be going back for a Dirtbike soon enough. Thanks Dakota and everyone at...
Read moreI purchased a Mahindra tractor from Ramey Motors in 2022. Had immediate problems upon delivery. I called the salesman and his immediate response was that is a service dept issue. An immediate “hands off” by the sales dept - no concern about a sale to a customer a few days before. Found a sensor not hooked up. Later, found lug nuts not tightened. Therefore, no quality control. Plant and/or dealer not doing QC.
I stopped by this dealer 4 months ago for hydraulic fluid - waited 10+ minutes for assistance- man was on phone obviously talking to a friend as I was looking at his face - finally left as no one acknowledged me. Bought my oil online. Three weeks ago, I had a leaking fuel tank. In disassembly, found tank strap not tightened (QC) which in turn most likely placed excess stress on a bolt insert (for protection plate) in the tank causing a small crack.
I also found two service ports leaking slightly - not tightened. More QC
With tank in hand, I spoke to a man behind the counter at service center. I explained the tank situation and asked if there is any history with this leak. He walked to the back and said “nope, no issues with fuel tanks”. I asked “so no one is interested in discussing my problem , looking at my photos during disassembly or the tank?” Blank stare
I left furious - no one cares about customer. So, I wrote the GM. Three weeks have passed and no response. Explains it all - dealership does not care about customer after the sale and they have poor...
