This year we decided to renovate the last room from 1966 in our house that needed work. The initial quote from another kitchen reno company was about $39,000. We walked into Northeast Flooring and Kitchens, because we needed to price out flooring and tile because the initial company didnt provide those services (this was an extra cost to us on top of the quote). I am so glad we did! Ellie was able to add more space, and design was SO much better than the other company with the exact same cabinets and granite! She added more cabinets and counter space in the same space. I was shocked at the difference. Now would you believe the cost was about 1/2 of the price as the first people?! Ellie was awesome, very knowledgeable, very friendly and my Kitchen is gorgeous. This is the only place I would ever go. Keep it local, it pays off!! Thank you Northeast Flooring...

Experience is unprofessional. The owner is new and since he took over the service went down (as I’m told). My experience shares that. The owner couldn’t remember what was discussed. Needed multiple meetings to get done what should have been one meeting. Lied about prices. Over priced compared to others. Lowe’s had the exact same counter top for half the price. When my backsplash was not installed properly the owner refused to fix it. I told my builder you used someone else because this guy is a disaster. Notice how the reply doesn’t address their high prices or refusal to fix the backsplash installation mistake. He wanted me to pay for the entire thing twice because he can’t remember something I said 10 times. I will do everything I can to make sure no one I know ever gets screwed by this business again. Take your money...

I am in the process of building a new house. I have been looking at different flooring options. I found Northeast through the Bruce Flooring web site. I spoke to amber who was very pleasant and helpful. I arranged to meet with her. Upon my arrival I went in to the store. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, then a shorter man, blonde short hair who could see me standing from his office walked out after watching me stand there. As he walked out, a previous customer walked in and he completely ignored me. Left me standing there. I walked right past him to leave and he never said a word. I guess they don't need $10,000 worth of floor work. I can't do business with a company that has flawed customer service from the moment u walk...
