I tried the Select Glacial Melt Seltzer. I’m allergic to alcohol of any kind but this drink has no negative side effects and is very palatable. It is the perfect alternative to alcoholic drinks.

What a great experience for my first legal store. Line wasn't long and staff was up to the test with all my questions.

Hundreds of visits over the past five years (REEF)and spending about $10,000. I have finally had enough from this Location and CURALEAF as a company. I also wanted to be noted at this review and these experiences have no negative inkling towards any particular staff member as all the members have been great and worked within the means of what they are told.

To start off with only the store is severely understaffed. They will have 20 people inside of the express line with the overflow, waiting at the door, almost wrapped around the building, medical and recreational line both stacked with 1 tender at express window while the managers or shift leads or waste of space whatever you wanna call them, stand there doing nothing, laugjing, smoking there bales, being high, and when they questioned if they could hop on a register and help out their team (like good team leaders should) the response is: The management above them told them they are not allowed to do that: Instead store full of people in the medical line the recreation line and the express line they just stand there, not helping at all. (Which seems like a waste of pay roll, upper management direction in order of operations seriously needs to be revamped)šŸ˜–

There was another instance this past week where on the recreational side of the actual Curaleaf website I ordered a specific concentrate for express pick up, i got email my order was ready to pick up and I drove to the location, (9 miles for me) I go to the express line, and I am therefore informed that because the strain name of the concentrate I have chosen (JELLY RANCHER) is similar to a real candy that they cannot sell it to me unless I am medical. I then thought to myself this is ridiculous. There’s no possible way it could be true. Frustrated not getting any incentive no explanation why I was told my order was ready and then couldn’t have it after wasting my gas my time my wear on my vehicle, going to this location, no discount no deal no product… Immediately, after leaving, I went to the dispensary further north down the street and bought the same exact concentrate, brand and strain without an issue and informed them of what I was told and they said that that sounds like a lie from Curaleaf.😔

Now to today’s visit, I placed an order online for one item was $30 with no discount no deal. I found another item that said it was $18 and the deals said it was Bogo. I added two of them to my cart and checked out for the express line.

When I arrived at the location, I noted there was again one person working in the express window with two people in front of me since that was taking a while. They told me to go to the recreational line for the normal walk-in which I did. Got my online order she wrote it out for me, but the display screen was not working, so I cannot see the total of my purchase I made my payment and then as I was leaving, I checked my receipt, the item was listed as actually was now $24….. which did not seem right so I questioned one of the shift leaders or managers or whatever you call the person that just stands there if the price was a deed accurate with a picture of the online price which states $18. That person then informed me that if you buy one of them it’s $18 but the sale price for Bogo is $24, I told her that was false advertisement and I wanted my six dollars back because that’s not buy one get one that’s 1x$18 2x$24 format which is false advertisement from how this is stated and I want my six dollars back. Again, management had nothing no discount no loyalty and no apology.🤬

This was the last straw for me, along with this post I will be telling my 60,000 followers on Instagram the same situation and I will be getting as many people as possible to boycott this Curaleaf location and Curaleaf in general.

Curaleaf should make this right

There’s no way we need this type of California/Massachusetts style cash, grabbing dispensary in Arizona.

If I could give zero stars, I would

Do not go to this location drive to TRUBLISS give them your time...

Submitted a pick-up order via Leafly; order was processed and I was notified via text once the order was ready. Transaction process was fast / smooth! Pick-up orders here are processed through a dedicated pick-up line which is much faster than the standard purchasing line. Highly recommend placing your order online via Leafly (pay upon pick-up) for faster process. The cashier was super friendly / uplifting and seemed to genuinely enjoy the service he was providing to customers which added to the already inviting atmosphere. I live just a few minutes from this dispensary and have been a handful of times. When compared to other dispensaries I’ve been to, Curaleaf stands apart for numerous reasons; they don’t make you sit in an awkward lobby similar to a doctors office, they have security on site but do not have multiple, tactical like security soldiers lurking around to make you feel uncomfortable, the establishment is super clean, easy to navigate, and the surrounding environment where the business is located (san tan / queen creek) feels and is super safe. I’ve also been here several times and have been undecided on what products I wanted to purchase. Every single representative I’ve worked with when undecided has been such a great experience. The employees here are very eager to help provide you with info / knowledge regarding their products and genuinely strive to ensure you leave with the products you didn’t know you needed!! They do not try to over-sell nor do they push specific products / specials. They have a great rewards program, daily specials, and a great first time buyer discount!! P.S. - 100% ensure you tip the crew; their hard work and kindness deserves to be recognized and it’s always clear how much they appreciate it (even if it’s coins; it shows ya care). *PRO-TIP: If you’ve got some extra Benjamin’s following your dispensary trip, you GOTTA stop in next door at Vero Chicago šŸ• for some ZA 2 go šŸ’Ø They have the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life...

I’ll start off with a positive - the cashier/host was very nice and informative. Very nice and clean store.

Now for my complaint - which can’t be resolved over the phone so I’ll put it here. There’s a whiteboard when you walk in with the daily specials. I saw that a specific type of edibles were BOGO, so I wanted those. I get to the counter, they’re out of that kind but the girl showed me another kind, and I said I’d take those. When I got home I realized that they didn’t ring up as BOGO. I called the store and after being on hold for 25 minutes, the guy that answered brought up my receipt after I gave him the number. He informed me that the dry erase board was from 2 days ago, and that that specific sale was over.

Ok, first of all, why don’t you update your board DAILY like the rest of dispensaries? Secondly, why did the female cashier even tell me at the counter that they were BOGO? I brought this up to him, and he told me that the ONLY way to resolve this issue was to bring back all of the merchandise unopened and receipt so that they can verify that it’s legit, and then that MAY be able to do something about it.

Ok, I don’t normally drive, and it’s 45 minutes away from me so I’d have to Uber. And by the time I get up there and get your ā€œpossibleā€ credit, I will have paid that much for Uber, so what’s the point?

You saw the mistake on the receipt, you should be able to correct this over the PHONE. You can take online orders and phone orders, but for some reason to fix a mistake you made with my money, I’M the one who has to come in person???

This dispensary was referred to me by a friend as I love reviewing dispensaries all over the valley. I’ll be writing this one up with a not so good review. I’ve already let the referrer know and they’ll never be returning nor will they ever refer anyone here ever again.

Fix your operations and be better to the consumer.

Sincerely, a...
