Abusive against women if they go by themselves, very disappointed, just be careful.  I have been a customer of this place for more than 25 years and never expected what just happened. I sent my wife (because I am working) to get her car horn checked out because we just replaced it like 5 months ago in this same store. First, when they replaced car horn the placed it in a place that constantly gets all the road water splashes, if they are as good as they said they are, Should’ve they recognize the place where they were installing this and advise the customer about it? But they did not, Instead they rather wait until the unit gets wet to tell you that you need to buy a new one because it is not cover by the warranty.  Well my wife got there to see what happened to horn. The installer told her, oh your horn got wet and is not working anymore, and it is $30.00.  For that my wife asked about if is any warranty since you guys were the ones who place the horn in that particular place. The installer talked to the one of the sons of the owners about it and when the shop got empty of other customers they got upset starting raising their voice at my wife, questioning her why she decided to change her horn from the beginning. I called and talked over the phone with one of the owners and I asked him what was the problem, and he replied in a very disrespectfully manner “the horn got wet and the replacement is 30 dollars”. The owner started to yell at her and told her in my place I do what the F**K I want if you don’t like it tell your husband and tell him to come here to argue with me. (But what can you expect from a person that the only thing he knows in life is sell keys)  It was just my wife and 5 males and the owner’s wife which was also in the shop all of them just mocking and yelling at her. I told my wife to get out of the place and I will find a decent, respectful place in which the respect women and treat them as equal. That is why every day more local business in Puerto Rico are closing and losing customers. You go to Pep-Boys, Advance Auto even Walmart and they do treat you with respect, they don’t disrespect women and they offer warranty.  I feel sorry for you guys, I WILL NEVER step a foot on your store again, But I do will make sure that every single person that I know, knows about this for...

Mi historia comienza con una odisea y termina con un gran triunfo. Salí de mi Casa con un propósito sencillo, reemplazar las bocinas delanteras de mi carro. Erradamente fui a Explosive en la marginal de la Carr. 3 cerca de Rio Grande Estates. ERROR. Me destrozaron la puerta del conductor solo para darse cuenta que no tenían la bocina correcta. Luego, fui a donde debí haber ido desde el inicio. Fui a RIO GRANDE LOCK and SOUND! Allí repararon mi puerta, cosa que en explosive me rompieron y no supieron como armar nuevamente ( la puerta ni abría!). Me vendieron unas excelentes bocinas y me las instalaron sin problema. Mi carro es un modelo viejo y raro, por ende, no es fácil conseguirle sus piezas. Aquí no hubo problema. LLevo cerca de 10 años visitando esta tienda, y no vuelvo a tratar de ir a ningún otro lugar. Si quieres un buen servicio, precios razonables y poder apoyar a los negocios locales... ve para RIO GRANDE...
