I called about a turquoise inlay ring I had seen on their website. It was listed as a size too big for me but I wanted to see if it could be resized. I was told that for an inlay ring the stones would have to be removed first. But, they checked for me and called me back with the news they had one left that was my size. I was sent pictures of the ring and I decided I liked it even better than the one I had initially called about. So, I ordered the ring on the spot and they shipped it out right away. I had the ring in 4 days and it is beautiful, I'm totally satisfied with my purchase and the great customer service I received.
